When Kate Ledingham, the new owner of Speechcare, a leading speech pathology clinic, sought to expand the business south of Brisbane, she identified a promising tenancy in Daisy Hill. Despite its rundown appearance, Kate saw the potential in the space and engaged us at Fast Fitouts to transform it into a modern, welcoming clinic.
The tenancy was tired and in need of a significant refresh. Kate's vision included new flooring, skirting, ceiling tiles, and a reception desk, along with a fresh coat of paint throughout. Our team, led by Business Owner Adam Parker, worked closely with Kate to bring her vision to life.
We developed a comprehensive refurbishment plan that included:
- - Demolition of outdated features, including walls, ceilings, and vanities
- - Installation of new plasterboard walls, ceiling tiles, and doors
- - Custom joinery for the reception area, including a striking new desk and storage solutions
- - Electrical upgrades, including new power points, light switches, and LED lighting
- - Flooring updates with a mix of carpet tiles and vinyl
- - Plumbing work to accommodate new vanities and taps
- - Painting throughout the facility in a fresh, modern colour scheme
Despite the lack of detailed plans, our in-house expertise and meticulous project coordination allowed us to deliver the project within an impressive 18-day timeline. The result is a completely transformed space that reflects Speechcare's commitment to providing exceptional care in a professional and inviting environment.
