Moving into a brand new office space is exciting! For Australasian Body Corporate Management (AusBCM), securing their spot at 131 Leichhardt St in Spring Hill meant one thing: potential. There is a lot of potential within four walls and not much else!
When faced with an empty shell, they knew they needed a team to handle everything from the ground up. Enter Fast Fitouts!
The Opportunity: Starting from Scratch
Now, you may know Fast Fitouts as the go-to crew for clever refurbishments and maximising the use of existing spaces for small businesses across Brisbane. But an empty shell? That's a whole different ballgame!
This wasn't just about adding a feature wall or updating a kitchenette; this was about creating an entire functional, professional, and welcoming office environment from literally nothing. Walls, ceilings, power, plumbing, data, floors, doors... the works!
For AusBCM, it was a fantastic opportunity to design their ideal workspace.
For Fast Fitouts, it was an opportunity to showcase the depth of experience gained from over 25 years in the business.

Tackling a complete fitout like this requires meticulous planning and seamless coordination – skills honed over countless projects, big and small.

Creating the Layout: Designing and building new plasterboard walls and sleek, modern glass partitions to define offices, meeting rooms, and walkways.
Essential Infrastructure: Installing new ceilings, efficient LED panel lighting, power points, data cabling, and even the fire safety and air conditioning outlets.
Functional Hubs: Building a stylish and practical kitchenette (complete with plumbing and a new sink!) and a welcoming, custom-built reception desk.
Finishing Touches: Lay down durable and attractive vinyl plank flooring throughout, paint the new walls, and ensure everything is sparkling clean for handover.
Smooth Sailing: Managing the entire project from initial sketches to completion, keeping things on track (aiming for that swift 20-day turnaround!).
