For Everick Heritage in Brisbane, the boardroom became the centrepiece of the whole renovation. Wood-look battens run along the ceiling, making the room feel bigger while giving it a modern, timeless look. We reused the existing glass and aluminium for the door and built the cupboards in-house, which kept the budget sensible with no compromise on the finish.
Liberty Wealth Group’s East Brisbane fitout included a spacious boardroom credenza as part of the joinery package, with sound-insulated walls keeping client conversations right where they belong. At ATC Williams in Newmarket, a fresh meeting room now sits alongside the central workspace, so the open-plan office and private conversations each have a home.

When One Room Has to Do Three Jobs
Not every business can hand a whole room over to twelve chairs and a long table. One Brisbane warehouse client asked us for a room that could work as a break room, training room and presentation room, whichever the day called for.
We put sound insulation into the walls, reworked the ceiling with fresh office tiles and new LED lighting, and added a 9kW split system to beat the Brisbane heat. We ran carpet through the presentation area and durable vinyl into the kitchenette corner, so every part of the room is ready for whatever it’s used for that day.

How long does a boardroom upgrade take?
Most single-room fitouts run a week or two onsite. We build the joinery in our workshop before we arrive, so your office keeps running while we work.
Can you soundproof an existing boardroom?
Yes. Wall insulation and proper door seals do most of the work. It was part of the Liberty Wealth Group fitout, and it made a real difference.
Can you hide the cables for screens and video calls?
Yes, and it’s how we do every job. Cabling gets planned into the walls and joinery before the screen goes up, so there’s never a lead across the carpet again.
