Whether you're moving into a raw shell, taking over a tired tenancy or just giving your reception a refresh, we look after the whole job from the first sketch to handover, keeping you in the loop every step of the way. When Allied Therapy Network in Ipswich came to us with a design already in hand, we brought it to life with a new L-shaped reception and fresh consult rooms, while keeping their gym space just where they wanted it. Keeping Your Clinic Open
Every day a clinic is closed is a day of cancelled appointments, so we plan the works around your bookings. When we refitted the front counter at Karalee Village Vet Clinic in Ipswich, the clinic was only closed for two days! Bigger jobs move quickly too. The Speechcare fitout at Daisy Hill took 18 days, and the Watkins Medical Centre counselling rooms in Spring Hill were finished in 15.
Many clinics sit in shared or high-rise buildings, which means landlord and building manager approvals. We look after those conversations for you, like we did for Axom Medical in a Southport tower, where the whole practice was done in 17 days. It's a big relief for practice owners who'd rather be looking after patients. As one Southport practice put it, "All the staff were helpful in making suggestions that improved the outcome and actually reduced costs."

What kinds of clinics do you fit out?
We've worked with GP and medical clinics, speech pathology, allied health and therapy practices, counselling rooms, a skin and laser clinic and a vet clinic. If your practice sees patients, we'd love to have a chat.
Can you work around our appointments?
Yes. We'll plan the works around your bookings and keep the time your doors are closed as short as we can. One of our vet clinic jobs only needed two days of closure.
Our clinic is in a commercial tower. Can you deal with building management?
Yes. Several of our clinic fitouts have been in multi-tenancy and high-rise buildings, and we look after the landlord and building manager approvals as part of the job.
Do you handle accessible bathrooms and fire-rated walls?
We've built accessible (PWD) amenities and fire-rated walls on clinic projects. We'll talk through what your building and your practice need early on, and the final building approval sign-off is part of our handover where your project needs one.
What does a clinic fitout cost?
Every clinic is different, so we don't publish set prices. You'll get ballpark pricing with your conceptual sketch early on, well before any contract is signed.
Do you fit out vet clinics?
Yes! We've refitted a vet clinic's front counter, benchtops, lighting, power and data in Ipswich, and we're happy to quote on new vet practices and renovations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
