Once a spacious albeit entirely unremarkable corporate environment, Pro AV Solutions’ new office in Milton is now dripping with character and modern amenities. So how exactly did this transformation take place?
Well, the first step was to meet with the client for a discussion about their ideas and vision. We then put pen to paper to design a concept that could be implemented quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s all part of our unique Fast Fitouts Process, which you can see in the infographic below.
It was clear that a new layout was needed to make this workspace fit-for-purpose, but it was important to both the client and ourselves that waste was minimised. To this end we began dismantling the existing interior, making sure to salvage glass, aluminium, and doors wherever possible. These were repurposed in the new fit out, which combines natural textures and eye-catching colours in a striking display of modern office design.
Populating this airy space are a number of custom cabinetry pieces, such as the kitchen and reception desk. Constructed in-house by our expert team, their timber and stone materials exude a welcoming aesthetic that complements the newly-fitted ceiling battens.
Of course, function is just as important as form. To facilitate the new layout and ensure utmost practicality, our team incorporated features such as in-wall sound insulation and handy shelving and storage compartments. Vinyl plank flooring, a fresh coat of paint, and additional plumbing fixtures complete the space.
